A program designed to reach those who come to us on a regular, repetitive basis and find a way of of helping them get over their barriers so they can break the cycle of poverty. Through involvement with the Pathway of Hope, families are introduced to both Salvation Army and other services that are available within the community. Participants meet with a caseworker to develope their personalized action plan, then continue to meet regularly to work on those goals, chart progress and see successes, and adjust goals along the way. By the end of the program, they are encouraged not only on their own path, but to share their successes and encourage others.
